pad thai noodles

i believe every dish has its own characteristic
these noodles are rice flat noodles--they are nutritious
tasty and yummmmm
first in vessel take boiling water and put the flat noodles for 5 min till la Dante
then in wok heat 2tbsp sesame oil
put some chopped garlic abt 2tbsp
then put chopped vegetables--cabbages,capsicum,onions and all that u want to add
can add some non veg items like shrimps chicken(already cooked ones)
put some chilly flakes some soy and some fish sauce and some salt to taste
just toss everything and remove some in a bowl
garnish it with peanuts and chopped coriander and fried onions and decorate it with cut lemon

and here u have a light dinner or a yummy snack option
let me share this that we also get a readymade pad thai noodles but the fun is in doing things on your own
add anything more in the dish experiment with it
but remember cooking is science experiment in small amounts and then put large amount for any ingredients

So much to see So much to eat
